All our  chocolates are handmade with the finest high percentage cocoa solids.

 

Rich Roasted Coffee combined with cream and chocolate hand dipped in quality milk chocolate.
Juicy liqueur cherry in rich dark chocolate.
Jamaican Rum combined with rich dark chocolate hand dipped in 70% dark chocolate.
Banana Puree combined with cinnamon enrobed in white chocolate and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
White chocolate, cream and vanilla, whipped together and moulded in milk chocolate.
Sharp Lemon and cream, hand dipped in superior white chocolate.
Rich dark chocolate combined with red chilli, to give a distinctive taste favoured by the Aztecs ? the discoverers of chocolate.
Roasted hazelnuts, caramelised sugar & chocolate combined in a rich paste, moulded in dark chocolate.
Finest dark chocolate combined with oil of orange to give a luxurious, rich taste.
Creamy, buttery, soft caramel in thick 35% cocoa solid milk chocolate.
THE TRUFFLES

All our truffles are hand rolled in the finest quality coatings.
Rich 70% dark chocolate combined with the famous Isle of Skye malt whisky.
Apricot Puree and the famous Isle of Skye Liqueur combined with white chocolate and rolled in white chocolate flakes.
Scottish Heather honey combined with chocolate and oatmeal rolled in toasted oatmeal.
Dark Chocolate combined with cracked black pepper to give the chocolate depth of taste.
White chocolate combined with forest strawberries and cream to give the ultimate summer taste.
Pear Puree and Napoleon Brandy combined with white Chocolate and rolled in white chocolate flakes.
