Chocolate Making

Our chocolate is supplied from a company who source the cocoa direct from the growers, which guarantees' a high cocoa solid percentage and a fine, quality end product.

Our chocolate is hand tempered the old fashioned way on marble slabs

Poured by hand into our moulds and left to set before being filled with our own delicious centres.

There are no artificial preservatives, colourings or flavourings used in the manufacture of our chocolates. This reduces the shelf life to ten to twelve weeks but it gives the chocolates a wonderful rich and fresh taste.
