The Isle of Skye is one of the most
beautiful Scottish Islands, along with the dramatic
views of lochs and majestic mountains it has a standard
of life envied and sought by many. Based in this
wonderful place, Vanilla Skye is one of the few Scottish
Companies who specialise in making and supplying hand
made chocolates. We are the only chocolate makers on the
Island and our chocolates reflect the high quality of
life on the Island.

We use no machinery to produce the finished
product, hand made by people who appreciate and love
good quality chocolate.
That's why we use only
high percentage cocoa solids both in the manufacture of
the centres and in the covertures which cover the
chocolates.
No artificial preservatives,
colourings or flavourings are used in the manufacture,
so our roast coffee and cream, contain just that fresh
roast coffee and cream, blended together with high
percentage chocolate solids. While this reduces the
shelf life of our products to 6 to 8 weeks it gives the
chocolates a wonderful rich and fresh
taste.
Chocolate like all quality foods is best
eaten fresh and our short shelf life ensures you the
customer benefit from that experience and of course we
hope it also means you'll come back for more sooner
rather than later.

conventional lemon sorbet, or vanilla cream, or the
distinctly Scottish blends of our heather honey and
toasted oatmeal, or dark chocolate with Talisker whisky,
or the sophisticated chocolate and chilli or our truffle
with black pepper, we are sure you will find something
to suite your taste.
